About the role

 

BOHOBOCO • PERFUME is seeking a Brand Manager who will take full responsibility for leading and developing the brand on a global level. This is a hands-on, decision-making, and operational role. The Global Brand Manager is responsible for how the brand is built, communicated, and experienced across all markets from strategy and product, through marketing and communication, to brand standards, training, and retail presence. The person in this role works closely with the Founder and Creative Director, translating the brand’s vision into real, consistent, and measurable actions.

 

Job description

  •  Responsibility for the global brand strategy and its long-term development
  • Leading the brand in alignment with its DNA, aesthetics, values, and vision
  • Defining, developing, and enforcing the brand identity, its narrative, tone of communication, and visual language
  • Creating, developing, and updating brand books and brand standards, and ensuring their consistent implementation across all markets
  •  Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints
  •  Responsibility for the development and management of the brand’s product portfolio, including development directions, categories, and narratives for new and existing products
  • Overseeing the global brand communication, including marketing, PR, social media, e-commerce, and trade marketing
  • Planning, leading, and executing marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Responsibility for the quality, consistency, and meaning of brand communication across online and offline channels
  • Managing content and ensuring its visual and verbal consistency
  • Responsibility for the brand’s presence in retail and ensuring a consistent experience in niche perfumeries, department stores, and concept stores, including displays, sales activations, and shop-in-shop activities
  • Creating training materials and conducting training sessions for sales teams, partners, and distributors
  • Planning and executing marketing and brand events, as well as participating in industry trade shows
  • Close collaboration with marketing, sales, product development, design, retail, and operations teams to ensure consistent implementation of the brand strategy
  •  Analyzing brand, marketing, and sales activities based on data, results, and budgets
  •  Evaluating the effectiveness of activities and implementing recommendations supporting brand growth and global expansion

Key competencies

 

  • Experience in managing a brand in international markets, particularly within the areas of beauty, perfume, fashion, or luxury
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution of activities
  • Strong understanding of niche brands and the mechanisms of their development
  • High aesthetic sensitivity and an understanding of the role of design and storytelling in building a brand
  • Experience working with global communication, campaigns, and product launches
  • Comfort working with retail, trade marketing, and points of sale
  • Ability to work with data, results, and budgets
  • Independence, accountability, and readiness to take full ownership
  • Fluent English required
  • Polish is an additional advantage
