We are looking for a creative and proactive Communications Executive to join our team. This role will contribute to strengthening internal communication, enhancing employee engagement, and developing communication content across company channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage communication content across internal channels and social media platforms, including articles, posts, visual content, and corporate updates.
- Manage and develop content for company social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, internal communication platforms, etc.).
- Develop content plans and support communication campaigns to enhance company culture and brand image.
- Coordinate with departments/projects to collect information, images, and stories for communication purposes.
- Support internal events and employee engagement activities, including communication preparation and event coverage.
- Capture and produce communication materials (photos/videos) for internal and external communication activities (photography skill is a plus).
- Support communication operations, including content tracking, reporting, coordination, and related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, Internal Communications, or related roles.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital communication trends.
- Basic knowledge of photography, video editing, or design tools (Canva, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
