POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. This role will support the Marketing & Communications (Marcom) department to support a variety of initiatives, including content creation, campaign management, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and brand communications. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Support the planning and posting of content for social media platforms.

• Work with local team to assist with organic engagement

• Work with marketing managers on social media posting, ad campaigns and community management

• Stay apprised of emerging social media technologies, trends and industry news

• Coordinate grass roots marketing initiatives and hyper-local activities

• Work with Managers to execute monthly grass roots and local community initiatives

• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy across all assets.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts (social engagement, campaign KPIs).

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support communication initiatives, event promotions, and public relations activities.

• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and asset libraries.

• Assist with copywriting, proofreading, and editing for marketing materials and communications.

• Coordinate with the design team or agencies to develop digital and print creative assets.

• Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns and marketing initiatives.

• Stay informed on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.

• Manage procurement and logistics of order requests, shipping, receiving and club compliance of marketing assets with the clubs.

• Club Support. Deep understanding of the business and marketing contact for local General Managers and other key personnel; ensure effective communication of corporate strategies to maintain compliance to brand standards.

• Support in presale activities and organic content & coverage

EXECUTE DAY-TO-DAY SOCIAL MEDIA INITIATIVES: 

• Posting diversified content to improve user engagement and drive actions across all major channels

• Create and maintain social media strategy plan (organic and paid) for short term initiatives

• Manage social media plan for our clubs and work with local managers to assist with organic engagement

• Monitor & report benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns and advertising

• Stay apprised of emerging social media technologies, trends and industry news

• Support local Public Relations and event partnerships with social media strategies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree marketing/advertising or related degree is required.

• At least three (3) years’ experience in consumer marketing, advertising, or media field.

• Solid understanding of the social media environment

• Strong organizational skills or project management experience

• Technical aptitude and intermediate or advanced user Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Proactive and independent worker

• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work at the strategic level and at the tactical level with ability to problem solve.

• Expert in running campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms

• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required, specifically Microsoft Excel.

• Willingness to travel as needed to clubs to support openings. 

• Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus.

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be market and situation-based, corresponding to the experience level, credentials, and personal characteristics of the candidate. The package will include a base salary, annual bonus opportunity, as well as a full range of employee benefits.
