Responsible for developing and amplifying Masan's content to help consumers, employees, and investors better understand the Group's vision, strategy, and ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Distribution
- Develop strategic content for websites, social media channels, PR articles, executive communications, and corporate publications.
- Produce a wide range of content formats, including:
Long-form articles
Infographics
Short-form content
Video clips/scripts
Presentation materials
- Collaborate with agencies, designers, and cross-functional teams to develop and distribute content across multiple platforms and channels.
AI-powered Content Production
- Apply AI tools in content research, ideation, creation, and optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and best practices in content creation.
- Recommend new communication approaches to strengthen Masan's corporate reputation and brand positioning.
- Evaluate content performance and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness and audience engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Corporate Communications, PR, or Brand Storytelling.
- Excellent Vietnamese writing and editing skills; strong English writing skills are preferred.
- Strong storytelling capability and the ability to simplify complex strategic concepts.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for content strategy, research, storytelling, visual ideation, and content production.
- Prior experience or knowledge in FMCG, Retail, Technology, Investor Relations, or Stock Markets is a plus.
- Experience in infographic creation, video scripting, or visual storytelling is preferred.
- Proactive, creative, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
