We're looking for a creative designer with a great eye for design, a passion for branding and a genuine curiosity for AI. Someone who already uses generative AI as part of their daily creative process and wants to help us build smarter workflows, better creative systems and more effective campaigns.
You'll work closely with our Creative Lead, Head of Brand, and CMO, combining design, creative thinking and AI to shape how the Remix brand comes to life across every channel.
What you'll do
Design & Creative
- Design campaigns and assets across our website, app, CRM, paid media and social channels.
- Turn marketing briefs into engaging, high-quality creative that strengthens the Remix brand and supports business goals.
- Contribute to campaign concepts, messaging and creative direction, not just execution.
- Ensure everything we create is visually strong, consistent and built to perform.
AI & Creative Innovation
- Use AI to accelerate concept development, design, copywriting and content creation.
- Help us build better creative workflows, prompt libraries, templates and automation.
- Continuously test new AI tools and identify where they can improve quality, speed and scalability.
- Share new ideas and help the team adopt better ways of working.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand, Performance, CRM and Commercial teams throughout the creative process.
- Help improve creative review processes and maintain a high bar for quality.
- Stay on top of creative trends, platform best practices and emerging AI technologies.
We're looking for someone who…
- Has 3–7 years of experience in graphic design.
- Has an outstanding portfolio and a strong eye for visual storytelling.
- Already uses generative AI extensively and is excited to keep pushing what's possible.
- Understands that AI is a creative tool, not a replacement for great design and human judgment.
- Enjoys experimenting, improving processes and building smarter ways of working.
- Has experience creating assets for channels like Meta, Google, YouTube and/or Pinterest.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in e-commerce and/or fashion
- Is proactive, curious, organized and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Loves learning and enjoys sharing knowledge with others.
Experience with most or at least some of these tools
- Adobe Creative Suite and/or InDesign
- Figma
- ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
- Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or other AI image generation tools
- Runway, Veo or similar AI video tools
- Notion, Asana, Jira or similar project management platforms
