Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Short Form Content Creator role based in Ennasr 2. The Short Form Content Creator will ideate, script, and produce short video content optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels. Daily tasks include brainstorming concepts with the creative team, filming and editing vertical videos, and adapting content to current trends and platform best practices. The role also involves coordinating with producers, designers, and social media managers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The Short Form Content Creator is expected to test different creative approaches, analyze performance metrics, and refine future content based on results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience creating short-form video content for social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Proficiency with video editing tools (such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, framing, pacing, and sound design
- Solid understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement tactics
- Ability to ideate, script, and execute content from concept to final edit under tight deadlines
- Comfort working on-site in a studio environment, including basic lighting, shooting, and equipment handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative and marketing teams
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in an audiovisual production company or agency environment is an advantage
