Core Production Responsibilities
- Brand Storytelling & Lifestyle: Conceptualize and produce brand-centric video content that highlights lifestyle aesthetics, brand narratives, and seasonal collections to drive brand equity and emotional connection.
- Creative Advertising & Branding: Lead the end-to-end production of commercial assets, creative branding videos, and high-end product cinematography.
- AI-Enhanced Production: Leverage Generative AI tools to streamline production workflows, including AI-driven storyboarding, voice synthesis, and advanced visual effects. Stay at the forefront of creative technology by integrating AI tools to produce innovative, trend-setting digital content.
- High-Fidelity Visual Capture: Capture and direct high-quality photography and videography for integrated marketing campaigns and social media presence (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Post-Production & Visual Design: Manage full post-production cycles, including high-end retouching, motion graphics, and the development of visual assets required for digital storytelling.
Equipment Management:
- Propose, manage, and maintain technical equipment and assets required for production and livestream sessions.
Your Skills and Experience
- Professional Background: 1–2+ years of experience in media production, preferably within In-house Brand teams or Creative Agencies focusing on Lifestyle and Fashion.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in professional cinematography, lighting setups, and post-production. Confident in managing and maintaining high-end studio equipment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-aesthetic brand videos and lifestyle photography that aligns with modern visual trends.
- Technical Skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop) and CapCut. Strong eye for fashion/lifestyle aesthetics and storytelling.
- AI Integration: Proficient in using Generative AI tools to streamline workflows and create innovative brand content.
- Production Management: Proven experience in high-quality filming, photography, and managing in-house studio equipment.
- Execution & Soft Skills: Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in English is plus and Vietnamese to collaborate across teams.
