The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing digital sales channels, optimizing product performance, and enhancing the overall online customer experience across multiple e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and online content across digital commerce platforms
- Monitor website and marketplace performance, sales trends, and customer engagement
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless online execution
- Optimize product visibility, merchandising, and conversion performance
- Analyze sales data and generate performance reports with actionable insights
- Support campaign launches, seasonal promotions, and digital initiatives
- Ensure accurate inventory synchronization and smooth order flow
- Maintain high standards for online customer experience and brand presentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or marketplace management
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and third-party marketplaces
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing and web analytics tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred
