Greenhorn Creative is a remote YouTube video-editing agency specialising in talking head educational content. We work with experts, professionals, and thought leaders to turn their knowledge into high-performing YouTube channels, and our editors are the engine behind it all.
Responsibilities
- Edit talking head educational content across YouTube long-form videos, Shorts, Reels, TikToks, and Podcasts
- Work across Adobe Premiere Pro and other industry tools to edit and refine footage to a high standard
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines
- Stay current on the latest trends and techniques in video editing
- Apply animation skills to enhance content where appropriate — a bonus, not a must
Requirements
- Mid to senior level experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of YouTube work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A genuine passion for video editing and a drive to keep learning
- Self-sufficient, with the ability to take full ownership of projects from brief to delivery
