I’m looking for a sharp video editor and content producer to help build a high-quality personal brand around my real life.

This is not just a business channel, and this is not a basic editing job.

The content will be built around entrepreneurship, discipline, gym, faith, personal development, lifestyle, leadership, and the real process of building a life and multiple companies from the inside.

I run businesses in car rentals, auto detailing, auto repair, software, and media, but the brand is not just about the businesses. It’s about the person behind them, the decisions, the pressure, the growth, the mistakes, the routines, the wins, and the journey.

I’m looking for someone who can help turn raw footage, voice notes, gym clips, business moments, travel, conversations, and real-life situations into cinematic long-form YouTube videos and strong short-form content.

Think high-quality documentary-style personal brand content similar to Iman Ghadzi or Daniel Dalen, not generic motivational edits.

You’ll help with:

• Editing long-form YouTube videos

• Cutting short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Helping come up with content ideas and episode concepts

• Finding the strongest moments from raw footage

• Building hooks, storytelling, pacing, emotion, and retention

• Adding b-roll, captions, music, sound design, graphics, and clean visual flow

• Helping decide what moments should be filmed next

• Potentially helping with livestream clips and behind-the-scenes content

• Eventually traveling for paid in-person shoots if the fit is strong

Bonus if you can also shoot high-quality video and understand cameras, lighting, audio, and cinematic framing.

The ideal person understands creator-led content, YouTube retention, storytelling, and how to make normal life feel interesting without making it fake.

This role starts remote.

Before any travel opportunities, you’ll need to prove yourself through editing, creative input, reliability, communication, and consistency.

For the right person, there will be future opportunities for paid travel, covered housing, and in-person content shoots. That could include filming business days, gym routines, travel, interviews, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes moments, and documentary-style videos.

I’m looking for someone long-term. Not someone who just wants random freelance projects.

You should be:

• Strong at YouTube storytelling

• Skilled in short-form editing

• Creative with content ideas

• Reliable with deadlines

• Honest and easy to work with

• Comfortable taking feedback

• Able to move fast

• Interested in personal brand content

• Excited by the idea of helping build something from the early stages

Tools can include Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar. I care more about taste, storytelling, and execution than the exact software.
