Responsibiltites
- Plan and curate wedding concepts, themes, and overall guest experiences
- Understand client requirements, preferences, vision, and budget expectations
- Coordinate with vendors including venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainment teams, etc.
- Prepare detailed event timelines, checklists, and execution plans
- Manage wedding budgets and ensure effective cost optimization
- Handle guest management, RSVPs, hospitality, and logistics coordination
- Oversee end-to-end on-ground execution of all wedding functions
- Troubleshoot last-minute challenges and ensure seamless event flow
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors and partners
- Maintain high standards of client servicing and guest experience throughout the event journey
- Collaborate with internal creative, production, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination across all stakeholders involved in the event
