The Marketing Executive -Product & Customer supports product launches, lifecycle campaigns, feature adoption, customer education, and structured planning of service rollouts within the OGold app.
This role ensures every product and service is positioned, communicated, and supported with clear customer education and engagement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Launch Planning
- Support product and service launch planning
- Develop feature adoption campaign briefs
- Coordinate with product, analytics, and marketing teams
- Translate product features into customer-focused messaging
Calendarization & Strategic Planning
- Calendarize product and service launch plans
- Build annual and quarterly rollout calendars
- Plan seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, National Day, Gold price spikes, etc.)
- Align campaigns with country-specific events and regional calendars
- Coordinate internal readiness for launch execution
Customer Education & Knowledge Base
- Develop structured customer knowledge base strategy
- Plan tutorial videos and in-app education flows
- Coordinate video scripts and educational content
- Work with creative team on explainer videos
- Support onboarding and feature education journeys
Lifecycle & Retention Planning
- Plan retention and re-engagement campaigns
- Prepare campaign briefs for CRM execution
- Draft push and in-app messaging content
- Align CRM communication with feature roadmap
User Acquisition Alignment
- Align messaging with performance marketing agency
- Ensure consistency between paid campaigns and in-app messaging
- Monitor messaging performance trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience (mandatory)
- Experience in fintech, super app, or multi-service app preferred
- Understanding of app-based user journeys
- Experience supporting product launches or lifecycle campaigns
- Strong planning and calendar management skills
- Proven track record of working on product communication initiatives
