Responsibilities:

  • Implement visual merchandising strategies that highlight hero brands, new arrivals, and key commercial stories across all store categories.
  • Maintain clear zoning and visual storytelling across all store zones: equipment wall, performance apparel, lifestyle apparel, footwear, accessories, gifting, fitting and simulator area.
  • Execute seasonal changeovers, campaign activations, window displays, and new product launch presentations on schedule.
  • Ensure consistent brand standards across all visual touchpoints: fixtures, lighting, mannequins, signage, and POS materials.
  • Maintain accurate floor plans and planograms; update in line with commercial priorities agreed with the Store Manager.
  • Use sales data and sell-through analysis to inform product placement, hotspot activation, and category adjacencies.
  • Elevate high-margin and high-velocity products through premium display placement and editorial storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and brand partners to develop visual strategies that drive category performance.
  • Ensure new product arrivals are floor-ready within 24 hours of stock receipt.
  • Coordinate digital screen content in-store to align with campaign priorities.
  • Execute third-party brand in-store activations to each partner’s brand standards and planogram specifications.
  • Liaise with OEM and brand partner VM and trade marketing teams for seasonal visual direction and compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct regular front-of-house presentation audits and self-assessments; share findings with the Store Manager.
  • Maintain visual brand integrity across all areas including fitting bay and simulator zone.
  • Maintain all fixtures, display props, and retail furniture in excellent condition; flag maintenance issues immediately.
  • Manage visual merchandising materials inventory: POS assets, signage, props, mannequins, and graphic panels.
  • Support store in organising and executing launch events and brand activations from a visual environment perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in visual merchandising within luxury, fashion, sports, or premium lifestyle retail.
  • Proven experience working with brand guidelines, window displays, and planogram-driven layouts.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial VM execution across multi-brand environments (required at application).
  • Experience in KSA or GCC retail is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent visual planning tools.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Based or welling to relocate to Riyadh,KSA
