STAPHAUS is a specialized digital marketing agency and consultancy dedicated to the furniture and design industry. We partner with high-end D2C e-commerce brands and traditional B2B companies to help them navigate the digital landscape, drive revenue, and generate qualified leads.
We are not a generalist agency with hundreds of accounts, and we do not care about vanity metrics. We act as an extension of our clients' teams, bringing a hands-on, data-driven approach to high-ticket, high-consideration purchasing cycles.

You will be responsible for the ideation, execution, and approval of paid social ads, videos, client presentations, and other digital design assets. You will communicate internally with our team and externally with clients to ensure creative production matches their needs and standards. You will contribute to creative strategy and direction based on the latest performance metrics and data.
This is not a task-based role. We need someone genuinely creative who is hyperaware of our clients’ high-end brand standards and can meet tight, shifting deadlines without compromising attention to detail.
What You Will Actually Do
- Creative Production: Ideate, plan, design, and deliver high-quality paid social ads and other assets for various digital platforms, while following brand guidelines.
- Planning: Maintain a calendar of deliverables for all relevant channels and clients, and ensure they all get done and approved on or ahead of schedule.
- Competitive Analysis & Strategy: Continuously research competitors and industry trends. Proactively develop new ad concepts or hooks, and present your ideas to the team.
- Client Communication & Feedback: Confidently present creative concepts to clients and translate their feedback into actionable design revisions. Provide clients with guidance and recommendations when needed.
- Client-Facing Presentations: Ensure that any and all assets that clients receive are consistent and meet our high standards.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 6 years of direct experience actively designing ads for paid social and other ad platforms (organic social alone does not qualify).
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
- Familiarity with Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any other social media platforms.
- E-commerce experience is a huge plus, particularly Shopify.
- Exceptional planning ahead and time management skills.
- A genuine interest in the furniture and design industry.

- If you are used to large companies where the established processes guide what you do every day, this role will be difficult.
- We value people who are confident in articulating and presenting creative ideas. You need to be comfortable defending your decisions and backing them up with data.
- We value self-starters who can figure out what needs to be done without waiting for someone to tell them. If you are used to being assigned tasks, you will not succeed here.
What We Provide In Return
Annual Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000, depending on experience
