Role Summary
We are looking for a Video Content Creator who is bold on camera, technically sharp in the edit suite, and passionate about using video to drive real marketing impact. This is not a behind-the-scenes role — you will be a core creative voice at Remotown, directing, filming, and producing content that puts our brand in front of the right audiences.

What you will do
- Conceptualise, direct, and appear on camera for brand videos, product showcases, social content, and marketing campaigns
- Edit high-quality, polished videos — handling cuts, colour grading, motion graphics, audio mixing, and all post-production
- Adapt and repurpose content for multiple platforms
- Contribute creative ideas for video series, campaigns, and storytelling that grow brand visibility and audience engagement
- Write compelling scripts, captions, and short form copy that complement your visual content
- Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve the quality and reach of your work
What we are looking for
- Camera confidence — comfortable presenting, demonstrating, and performing on video
- Advanced video editing — proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or equivalent
- Video storytelling — strong sense of pacing, narrative, and visual composition
- A portfolio or showreel — we need to see your work, not just read about it
- Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, CapCut, Canva Motion)
- Copywriting or content marketing skills — ability to write scripts and captions that convert
- Understanding of social media trends, platform-specific content formats, and audience behavior
- Basic photography skills and comfort operating a camera, ring light, or similar setup
