Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Video Producer located in Toronto, ON, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Video Producer will oversee the entire video production process, including planning, directing, and executing creative video projects. Responsibilities include managing all phases of video pre-production, production, and post-production, collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals, and ensuring high-quality standards. You will work closely with teams of producers, editors, and designers to deliver exceptional video content that aligns with clients’ branding and messaging strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Production and coordination of on-site or remote shoots
- Strong skills in Motion Graphics and Multimedia creation
- Expertise in Video Editing and storytelling techniques
- Comprehensive knowledge of Video Post-Production, including audio, color grading, and rendering
- Superior project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with creative and client teams
- Experience with industry-standard tools and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
- Familiarity with current industry trends and best practices in video content production
- Relevant degree or diploma in Film, Media Production, or a similar field is preferred
- Experience managing freelancers, contracts, and productions from 1-40 person crews is a requirement
- Demonstrated work porfolio in travel/hotel/airlines/automotive an asset
- Minimum 5 years experience required.
Languages
We are seeking a bilingual producer, proficient in English and Spanish, as we are producing multiple episodes of a travel series being filmed in South America.
Compensation
The role is a contract position which will pay the equivalent of $60,000-$70,000 CAD based on experience
