We’re looking for a high-energy, creative Video Editor (UGC Content) to support a top U.S.-based partner client. In this role, you will be the engine behind high-volume, short-form video production, creating 50-70 engaging ads weekly that drive performance across Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels.

Compensation & Perks
Salary Range: ₱60,000 – ₱85,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
Sign-on Bonus: $300 bonus upon successful completion of the first 90 days.
Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home
Schedule: U.S. Business Hours (EST / Night Shift)

What You’ll Do
- High-Volume Production: Design and edit 50–70 short-form video ads (15s to 1m) weekly, including variations and resizing for different platforms.
- Ad Creative Building: Build engaging creatives for Meta, social media, and email based on weekly concepts and "inspiration" samples provided.
- Technical Editing: Crop, resize, recut, and add text overlays or transitions to existing footage to maximize engagement.
- Motion Graphics: Develop GIFs and motion content to support broader digital marketing efforts.
- Performance Iteration: Review campaign performance data to contribute to creative optimization and "winning" iterations.
- Platform Management: Utilize Google Slides for project management and Air for video drive organization.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of video editing experience specifically creating short-form content for social media.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects).
- Creative Eye: A strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of pacing, motion, and storytelling.
- Operational Readiness: Recent experience working graveyard shifts (EST) and comfort using Hubstaff for productivity and payroll.
- Detail Oriented: Ability to maintain brand consistency and high quality during fast-paced, high-volume editing cycles.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Slack/Gmail and experience with D2C/e-commerce or performance marketing brands.
