Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Agency Director at JAIM, you will be responsible for leading the agency’s operations, guiding the team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality marketing services to our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the internal team across departments, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and performance.
- Overseeing the overall direction and growth of the company, including strategy, positioning, and service development.
- Working closely with the managing partners, who will provide support in financial management and client handling.
- Reviewing and approving team outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client objectives and agency standards.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for both the agency and its clients.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth, partnerships, and new service offerings.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to keep the agency innovative and competitive.
- Establishing and improving internal processes, workflows, and team structures.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Experience in overseeing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative processes.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution when needed.

Salary:
