Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor – Real Estate & Marketing Content role based in Nakkhu, Lalitpur. The Video Editor will work closely with the creative team to edit real estate walkthroughs, property tours, promotional spots, and short-form marketing videos for social media and digital campaigns. Daily tasks include organizing and selecting footage, assembling rough and final cuts, applying color correction and grading, incorporating motion graphics and simple graphic elements, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The role also involves optimizing videos for different platforms, preparing multiple aspect ratios, syncing audio and music, and maintaining an efficient workflow to meet tight deadlines. The Video Editor will collaborate with producers and clients to interpret briefs, refine edits based on feedback, and contribute ideas that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
Qualifications
-Strong video editing skills with experience in Video Editing and Video Production for marketing or related visual storytelling projects.
-Proficiency in Video Color Grading, including basic color correction, stylized looks, and maintaining consistent visual tone across footage.
-Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics, such as lower thirds, titles, callouts, and simple animated elements.
-Familiarity with industry-standard editing software -DaVinci Resolve and basic audio mixing for clean, balanced sound.
-Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition, with attention to detail and quality control on every project.
-Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced, on-site studio environment.
-Relevant experience in real estate, commercial, or social media content is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
-Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
