About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in the luxury real estate segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually compelling videos that showcase premium properties, lifestyle experiences, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for luxury real estate listings, including walkthroughs, drone footage, and lifestyle shoots
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver engaging visual narratives
- Enhance videos with color correction, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics
- Create content optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website, ads)
- Manage raw footage, organize assets, and maintain a structured content library
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining high creative standards
- Stay updated with latest video trends, editing styles, and real estate marketing techniques
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing (real estate or luxury brand preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Experience working with drone footage and property walkthrough videos is a plus
- Strong understanding of color grading, sound editing, and storytelling
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate with shoot teams
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense aligned with luxury branding
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in motion graphics and animation
- Familiarity with social media content trends and formats
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
