The Role

We’re hiring a Video Editor to own the cut for our paid social, organic, and UGC pipelines. You’ll work alongside our creative director, copy team, and performance marketers to turn raw footage and creator content into ads that perform and content that builds the brand. High volume, high standards, high creative trust.

What You’ll Do

  • Edit short-form video for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), organic channels, and lifecycle (email, SMS, landing pages)
  • Cut UGC and creator footage into platform-native ads that hold attention and drive conversion
  • Collaborate with copy and creative on concept, pacing, and hook strategy
  • Build out variations for A/B testing — different hooks, lengths, CTAs, and aspect ratios
  • Manage your own project files, version control, and asset organization
  • Partner with our performance team to iterate based on what’s working

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional video editing experience
  • Strong portfolio of social-first work — UGC, paid social, or short-form content preferred
  • Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the broader Adobe Creative Suite
  • Sharp instinct for pacing, hooks, and platform-native editing styles
  • Comfort working at speed without losing the craft
  • Self-directed — you can take a brief and run

Nice to have

  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects)
  • Background editing for DTC, telehealth, or wellness brands
  • Color grading and sound design chops
