Full Job Description
ZD Jasper Realty is hiring a Director of Market Strategy & Marketing to support marketing strategy for our residential development projects.
This role is heavily focused on social media, especially China / Asia marketing. We are looking for someone who understands how to market real estate projects to Chinese-speaking and broader Asian buyers through the right content, channels, and digital strategy.
The ideal candidate is Chinese / English bilingual and has hands-on experience with Xiaohongshu / RedNote, WeChat, Instagram, and bilingual content creation.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing strategy across residential development projects
- Focus on social media marketing
- Create or oversee Chinese-language and bilingual marketing content
- Review and improve presentations, digital content, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with outside brokers, designers, photographers, and third-party marketing teams
- Support project launches, campaigns, events, and buyer outreach
- Track engagement, lead quality, and marketing performance
Qualifications
- Chinese / English bilingual required
- Experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of China / Asia marketing
- Hands-on experience with Xiaohongshu / RedNote and WeChat
- Experience with Instagram and digital content strategy
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
Preferred
- Real estate, luxury, or new development marketing experience
- Experience creating Chinese-language marketing content
- Experience working with outside brokers or agencies
