Are you a creative operations leader who thrives at the intersection of design and manufacturing? A fourth-generation, family-owned manufacturer of premium packaging, trusted by some of the world’s most prestigious beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, personal care, and pharmaceutical brands, is looking for its next Vice President of Design and Production Planning to lead its New York packaging design studio.

✅ Lead a studio of approximately 35 professionals, reporting directly to the Owner/CEO
✅ Oversee design, engineering, procurement, estimating, and planning functions

What you bring:
✅ 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in folding carton, a related packaging environment, or complex printing
✅ Proven success managing cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and production
✅ Strong understanding of packaging design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain
✅ Experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing principles, and project management tools
✅ A natural leader who builds teams that are proud of their work and aligned around a shared purpose
✅ The ability to balance creative vision with manufacturability and cost
