Led by board-certified psychiatrist Dr. Syeda Sultana and PA-C Ahsan Hamid, we specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and other behavioral health conditions through in-person and telehealth services.
As we expand, we are integrating AI-driven workflows; digital content; emailing research; emailing; print US mail; and social media outreach to build a national and global mental health community.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Front Office & AI Content Specialist who is organized, tech-savvy, and creative. This role combines front desk operations, patient coordination, and AI-powered content creation, emailing, and US mail to support clinic growth and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Front Office & Patient Coordination
- Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
- Verify insurance and assist with patient intake
- Check-in/check-out patients and maintain front desk workflow
- Handle general administrative tasks and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
AI & Clinical Workflow Support
- Use AI tools to assist with documentation and workflow efficiency
- Support providers with organized notes and communication
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient records
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create mental health educational posts and articles
- Assist with social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Help develop short videos and educational content
- Track engagement and support growth initiatives
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Assist with patient engagement campaigns
- Support telehealth expansion efforts
- Help build online mental health awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Associate degree preferred
- 1+ year front office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Interest or experience in social media/content creation
- Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus
- Must be reliable, professional, and patient-focused
