Overview
We’re seeking a creative and versatile content professional with strong experience across both commercial photography and social media video creation and management—with a particular focus on TikTok and YouTube. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, excellent technical ability, and a confident on-camera presence to help produce dynamic, engaging content that strengthens our online community and brand visibility.
Role Purpose
This role focuses on planning, creating, and managing high-quality video content for TikTok and YouTube while supporting the photography function during busy periods. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing our digital content strategy, hosting or appearing in live shopping sessions, and collaborating closely with the wider creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging TikTok and YouTube video content, from concept to final edit.
- Manage TikTok and YouTube channels, including posting, optimization, and audience engagement.
- Create compelling, platform-appropriate video content that aligns with brand goals and visual identity.
- Plan and schedule consistent content releases to drive engagement and growth.
- Support photography production, including assisting with shoots, image selection, and editing.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and occasionally hosting live shopping sessions.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative leads to maintain visual consistency and share creative input.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, particularly in short-form video and visual storytelling.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to content platforms when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in TikTok and YouTube content creation, management, and growth (mandatory).
- Strong background in commercial photography, including production, editing, and retouching.
- Excellent video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Proficiency with Lightroom, Photoshop, and related image editing tools.
- Confident, engaging, and comfortable working in front of the camera.
- Highly creative with the ability to generate original ideas and adapt to new trends.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong collaborative skills.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, or creative industries is an advantage.
- French language skills are a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
