Communications Specialist – Onsite
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range: $25–$29.43/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST
Assignment Type: Temporary, through 30 Sept. 26
Interviews: 2-3 rounds
This role will provide project management support for 75-100 marketing projects from May – September, including RFP requests, strategic initiatives and Adobe journeys, all with high priority and visibility. Projects are directly tied to business objectives related to revenue, member engagement, provider awareness, B2B and member acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross Functional Leadership & Accountability
- Lead multi channel initiatives by partnering with internal and external cross functional teams and serving as the single point of connection, clarity, and accountability across stakeholders.
- End to End Project & Campaign Management
- Own multiple projects from kickoff through delivery, managing scope, timelines, workflows, resources, and competing priorities to ensure on time execution.
- Governance, Risk & Alignment
- Proactively identify, track, and communicate wins, risks, roadblocks, and escalations, using established workflows and governance to drive alignment and informed decision making.
- Quality, Accuracy & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure consistent first pass quality by adhering to review and issue processes, preventing defects, meeting stakeholder expectations, and maintaining ?99% accuracy.
- Effective Communication & Meeting Discipline
- Facilitate structured, outcome driven meetings and deliver high quality communications and collateral with clear agendas, documented decisions, action items, and follow through.
- Operational Excellence & Tool Utilization
- Leverage Workfront consistently for project tracking, reporting, dashboards, time tracking, and continuous process improvement, identifying gaps and opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
Qualifications:
- Project management experience preferred.
- Marketing, advertising, or related field experience.
- Experience in Workfront
- Ability to manage complex, multi component projects with clarity and discipline.
- Proactive, highly organized self starters with strong communication skills, a problem solving mindset, and the ability to identify insights and drive results.

This is a W2 position.
