The Role
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across retail, trade, and digital channels to drive brand awareness and ROI.
- Manage external agencies to deliver high-performing Paid Search (PPC), SEO, and Display activity.
- Oversee website content strategy, optimizing product copy and digital assets for maximum conversion and engagement.
- Monitor and report on multi-channel campaign performance using Google Analytics and data-driven insights.
- Coordinate experiential marketing and in-store events to create seamless customer experiences between physical and digital storefronts.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in Retail or Trade Marketing, ideally with an international or well-established brand.
- Technical proficiency in Digital Marketing, specifically Paid Search, SEO, and Performance Marketing tools.
- Experience managing agency relationships to ensure KPIs are met and creative standards remain high.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to mentor junior team members and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- A Marketing degree or CIM qualification is highly desirable for this strategic role.
