🎨 We're hiring a Thumbnail Designer — Landscape & Portrait
We run a high-volume video ad and content operation for a growing e-commerce brand. Think cinematic product ads, YouTube videos, and Instagram Reels — and we need sharp, scroll-stopping thumbnails to match.
We're looking for someone who can deliver across both formats:
📺 Landscape (16:9) — YouTube videos, video ads, product demos
📱 Portrait (9:16) — Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
What the role looks like:
→ Design 2–3 thumbnail variants per video for A/B testing
→ Work from video stills, AI-generated imagery, and brand briefs
→ Maintain a consistent visual style across product lines
→ Deliver within 24 hours per batch
→ Ongoing collaboration — this isn't a one-off project
You're a fit if you:
✔ Have a portfolio showing thumbnails for YouTube, Reels, or TikTok
✔ Know what makes a thumbnail actually get clicked (contrast, faces, type hierarchy)
✔ Are comfortable working with AI-generated video frames
✔ Can handle volume reliably and communicate clearly with a very good English proficiency
Bonus points for: experience with e-commerce content, Nano Banana, Midjourney or other AI image tools, or YouTube CTR knowledge.
