At the Job – Digital Marketing Executive (DME)About the Digital Marketing Executive Position
We are looking for a creative, data-driven and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to lead the digital presence of The10, Ebene Mews and other properties within the Group. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, engaging communities online and supporting the full sales and leasing funnel through compelling digital content and strategy.
This is a broad and exciting role at the intersection of innovation, technology and commerce. You will work across the entire digital marketing mix – from strategy and content production to paid advertising, analytics and events.

- Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals, driving brand positioning, lead generation and conversion.
- Content Creation: Produce and manage high-quality content across all formats (copy, visuals, video, campaigns) to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
- SEO / SEM & Paid Media: Manage Google Ads, social advertising and SEO to maximise visibility, traffic and ROI.
- Client Engagement: Handle inbound enquiries across digital channels with speed and professionalism to convert leads into opportunities.
- Social Media Management: Grow and manage social platforms, drive engagement and build strong online communities around the brand.
- Analytics & Performance: Track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversion, ROI) and deliver actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
- Sales Support: Drive lead generation campaigns, develop digital sales tools and support leasing and sales conversion efforts.
- Events & Activations: Plan and promote events, ensuring strong digital visibility and engagement before, during and after.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and trends to continuously refine positioning and identify new opportunities.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Manage relationships with agencies, media, and internal teams to ensure aligned and impactful execution.
Selection Criterial – Qualifications:
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
- Formal training or certification in digital marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot or equivalent)
- Strong academic record with evidence of analytical and creative ability
Desirable al
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Administration
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.
- Formal qualification in graphic design, video production or UX/UI
- Professional development in CRM, marketing automation, or data analytics
Knowledge and Experience
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
Essential:
- Min 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, technology, Fintech or B2B environments
- Proven track record managing professional social media accounts for a brand or organisation
- Experience producing or commissioning original content across multiple formats (copy, design, photography, video)
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data into inform strategy
- Practical experience planning and executing Google Ads or Meta advertising campaigns
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Zoho or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and French – ability to write compelling, on-brand copy for diverse audiences and channels
- Demonstrate end-to-end experience planning, executing and evaluating digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Familiarity with the Mauritian market and the local digital and business landscape
- Experience in the real estate, co-working or commercial property marketing sector
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Video editing proficiency using Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Pro
- Understanding of SEO technical fundamentals including site audits, schema markup, etc
- Experience briefing, managing and evaluating the work of creative agencies or freelancers
- Experience using data visualisation or reporting tools such as Google Looker Studio or similar
