Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Manager at Influint. The Talent Manager will oversee a portfolio of creators, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor. Responsibilities include managing brand partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, fostering relationships with brands and agencies, and providing support to optimize creators’ revenue streams and audience engagement. Additional tasks will involve coordinating schedules, managing communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that align with creators' goals. This is a revenue-driving, relationship-heavy role. You’ll be responsible for managing creator relationships, closing brand deals, and building long-term partnerships that align with each creator’s voice and audience.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and grow a roster of creators
  • Lead brand partnership conversations from pitch → negotiation → close
  • Negotiate partnership terms and define scope of work
  • Identify and pitch new brand opportunities for your creators
  • Build long-term relationships with key brand and agency partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your creators
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, creative strategy, activations, leadership)
  • Maintain clean pipeline tracking and deal documentation

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships
  • Strong understanding of YouTube and long-form content monetization
  • Proven experience negotiating brand deals and sponsorships
  • Comfortable owning a revenue target or book of business
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals at once
  • Strong instincts for creator-brand fit
