MISSIONS
Digital Content Creation & Coordination
- Brainstorm and curate new creative concept and deliverables for Isabel Marant social platforms, with a TikTok focus
- Work closely with internal creative teams to adapt runway, editorial, and campaign assets into TikTok-first formats (short-form video, trends, storytelling).
- Monitor emerging TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creators to propose fresh, culturally relevant ideas that resonate with luxury consumers.
- Conduct TikTok talent scouting to identify rising creators, tastemakers, and niche communities that align with the brand.
- Benchmark competitor brands and industry leaders on TikTok, providing regular insights and inspiration.
- Together with digital team, track Instagram evolution and trends as a secondary focus, identifying new formats, content shifts, lifestyle focus, and audience behaviors relevant to fashion/luxury.
- Developp a curated content strategy with creators around brand events (runway shows, dinners, etc.)
- Maintain and update content calendars, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Talent, VIP & Influencer Management
- Research, identify, and recommend influencers, creators, tastemakers, and VIPs aligned with the brand’s positioning.
- Build and nurture long-term organic influencer relationships through gifting, seeding, and event invitations, ensuring authentic advocacy.
- Support paid collaborations with influencers, ensuring proper briefing, contract compliance, and impactful deliverables.
- Coordinate VIP and celebrity placements (dressing, events, seeding)
- Track and report on influencer and VIP activations, evaluating reach, engagement, and impact on brand visibility.
Performance & Insights
- Assist in producing performance reports on TikTok content, influencer, and VIP activations (organic and paid).
- Provide insights on engagement trends, audience behavior, and competitive benchmarks within fashion and luxury digital landscapes.
- Share recommendations to optimize future content, influencer, and VIP strategies.
