What are we expecting from you?
- Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of sales administration and operational processes across the market
- Coordinate logistics movements and ensure full compliance with Maison and Group procedures
- Drive continuous improvement of operational workflows in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Manage SAP-related activities and contribute to optimizing system usage and processes
- Support client services, after-sales activities, and boutique operations to ensure excellence in execution
- Contribute to reporting, analysis, and cross-functional alignment within the region
