Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Studio & Operations Lead is based in Amsterdam. The position involves managing studio operations, ensuring project workflow efficiency, and fostering coordination across teams and clients. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, resource allocation, vendor and supplier management, and supporting teams to maintain creative excellence. Additionally, the role involves monitoring budgets, timelines, and processes to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operations management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in client relationship management and vendor coordination
- Effective communication and leadership skills to support and guide teams
- Familiarity with creative and branding processes is a strong plus
- Ability to work on-site in Amsterdam
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools to manage projects and resources
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field is preferred
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate dynamic and fast-paced project environments
