✨ Role Overview
We are looking for a fast, hands-on Creative Producer to own the end-to-end visual execution for our brand in the commercial real estate space.
This role is responsible for turning content ideas into high-quality visuals quickly—across graphics, videos, and photography—while maintaining a premium and consistent brand aesthetic.
You will work closely with the Content Lead to bring storytelling to life through impactful visual formats, especially for LinkedIn.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🎨 Graphic Design & Visual Assets
- Design high-quality social media creatives (posts, carousels, banners)
- Develop and maintain brand assets aligned with a premium real estate identity
- Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall visual language
🎥 Video Production (Shoot + Edit)
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (reels, talking-heads, walkthroughs)
- Create engaging, platform-optimized video content (especially for LinkedIn)
- Add captions, transitions, and hooks to improve retention and engagement
📸 Photography
- Capture high-quality images for projects, office, and leadership
- Manage lighting, framing, and composition for a premium visual output
- Support brand shoots, site visits, and event coverage
⚡ Execution Speed & Agility
- Deliver high-quality creatives with fast turnaround times
- Prioritize speed and consistency over perfection
- Handle multiple content requirements efficiently
📱 Platform Understanding
- Adapt creatives for different platforms (LinkedIn-first approach)
- Understand what works visually for B2B audiences vs other platforms
- Optimize formats for engagement and performance
🛠️ Tools & Software
- Video: Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut
- Design: Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
- Basic understanding of camera handling & lighting setup
✅ Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and photography
- Ability to execute end-to-end visual production independently
- Good understanding of composition, aesthetics, and brand consistency
- Experience in social media content creation (LinkedIn preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
