The Misfits Agency is looking for a Studio Director who thrives in the chaos of creativity and can turn it into seamless, high-performing output.

The Role
You will be responsible for end-to-end studio operations, including:
- Managing creative workflow and throughput across all accounts
- Owning and optimising our Monday.com ecosystem (boards, automations, timelines, reporting)
- Ensuring all work adheres to multiple client brand guidelines and style systems
- Acting as the key bridge between creative, strategy, client service, and production
- Driving deadline accountability across teams—no slippage, no surprises
- Managing resource allocation to ensure the right people are on the right work at the right time
- Maintaining clear, proactive internal and client communications
- Identifying bottlenecks and continuously improving studio processes
What We’re Looking For
- A proven Studio Manager / Operations lead (min 3+ years experience) in a creative, media or agency environment
- Someone who can confidently manage high-volume, fast-turnaround creative output
- Deep experience handling multiple client brand systems simultaneously
- A genuine expert in Monday.com—you don’t just use it, you optimise it
- Ensuring all work adheres to multiple client brand guidelines and style systems
- Exceptional organisational skills with an almost obsessive attention to detail
- Strong communicator – clear, calm, and authoritative with both clients and internal teams
- Applying hands-on knowledge of Figma, Illustrator and InDesign to support, review and guide creative output
- Ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball (or your sense of humour)
- A natural problem solver who anticipates issues before they arise
