About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid lead generation efforts on Meta and TikTok, targeting US learners for our online course portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who has already done this — not someone learning on the job.

You will be the primary operator of our paid social channels, responsible for everything from campaign setup and audience strategy to creative testing and performance reporting. If you have not run lead gen campaigns on both Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager for US audiences, please do not apply.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads targeting US-based learners
  • Own full-funnel paid strategy — from awareness and interest to lead capture — aligned to course launch calendars
  • Build and manage custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting lists using first-party CRM and pixel data
  • Brief the creative team and run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CPL
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and own KPIs: CPL, CTR, lead volume, lead quality, and ROAS
  • Manage monthly ad budgets across both platforms, optimizing pacing and scaling winning campaigns
  • Produce weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align paid campaigns with overall growth goals

Qualifications

Must-have – candidates without these will not be considered:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on paid social experience with direct, in-platform operation of Meta Ads Manager
  • 2-4 years of hands-on paid social experience with direct, in-platform operation of TikTok Ads Manager
  • Proven track record of running B2C lead generation campaigns targeting US audiences, with measurable CPL outcomes
  • Proficiency in Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, conversion events, and attribution setup
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with GA4, Google Sheets/Excel, and performance dashboards

Good to have:

  • Prior experience in EdTech, online education, or subscription/course-based products
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking lead quality through to enrollment
  • Familiarity with TikTok Spark Ads, creator partnerships, or UGC-style creative production
  • Experience with landing page tools such as Unbounce or Webflow
