🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a talented Social / Video Content Creator to produce engaging short-form and long-form content for social media and digital channels.
You will be responsible for developing creative concepts, filming, editing, publishing, and optimizing content that grows brand awareness and audience engagement.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Create engaging video and social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
- Develop content ideas, scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts
- Film, edit, and publish high-quality video content
- Create short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional content
- Design basic visual assets, thumbnails, and graphics when required
- Manage content calendars and publishing schedules
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and design teams on campaigns
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates
- Maintain brand consistency across all content channels
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, video production, or related roles
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
- Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools are a plus
- Understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement strategies
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Portfolio showcasing video and social content work is highly desirable
