Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for Snapchat and TikTok.
- Create creative and trend-driven content that aligns with the company's marketing objectives.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance video production and content creation.
- Capture on-site footage of properties, events, and company activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in content creation, videography, or social media content production.
- Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing software and AI-powered content creation tools.
- Experience creating content for Snapchat and TikTok.
- Real estate industry experience is a plus.
- Good command of English.
