Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our New Cairo location. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing Blend’s social media presence by creating and curating engaging content. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align content with broader business goals. This role involves creating digital marketing campaigns and utilizing targeted communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with our audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing practices
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and connect with audiences
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various platforms and campaigns
- Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to stay updated on industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
