Role Description
We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Creative Producer.
You’ll work directly with the Director(s), Creative Directors, and DP's to support the logistics, organization, and operations of our productions and studio.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production logistics and operations such as gear prep, set coordination, location booking, talent booking, prop sourcing, and crew scheduling
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations and organization
- Manage studio rentals (scheduling, invoicing, coordination)
- Support project management for ongoing productions and studio initiatives
- Handle client communications, contracts, and scheduling logistics
- Help manage invoicing and administrative tasks using our internal systems
- Occasionally assist with social media planning and posting
- Maintain the studio space, ensuring it’s ready for clients and productions
- Support the CEO/Director on miscellaneous operational and creative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Basic understanding of project management or CRM software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Notion, or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects or deadlines
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site in Springville, UT
Bonus Skills (No Required, but a plus)
- Familiarity with creative productions, photography or videography
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
- Interest in media production, marketing, or creative project coordination
