What you'll do
- Own the full content pipeline for 3–5 creators across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook — publishing, scheduling, captions, and stories
- Design on-brand carousels and visual content that sharpen each creator's identity
- Run daily engagement across platforms — comments, DMs, community building
- Drive content ideation: bring fresh ideas, trends, and creative direction to each creator
- Keep every account unmistakably on-brand, adapting voice and visuals platform by platform
- Run daily health checks — reach, performance, shadowban detection — and report on what's working
- Proactively flag brand inconsistencies and pitch improvements to the creator manager
What we're looking for
- A sharp eye for brand — you can look at a profile and instantly see what's working, what's off, and what to change
- Visual design skill — you can build on-brand carousels and imagery (photo editing/light retouching is a strong plus)
- Brand-voice empathy — you can write and engage as the creator, not as yourself
- Social media experience — professional account management preferred, but a strong personal portfolio with clear taste and vision counts
- Proactiveness — you spot problems and suggest ideas without being asked
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple accounts without dropping quality
- Strong written and spoken English required; Spanish a plus
What success looks like
- First 30 days: consistent, on-time publishing across every account, carousels approved first time, and a steady flow of strong content ideas per creator
- By 60 days: you've earned enough trust to run several of your creators end-to-end, with your work shipping without pre-checks
Compensation
- €1,800–2,200/month
- Full-time, on-site in Marbella (Costa del Sol)
- Start by July 1 — relocation candidates welcome if you can hit that date
