Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Jeddah. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies that align with Blue Limits Group’s brand vision. Daily responsibilities involve creating and scheduling engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with online audiences to build community engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms is essential.
Qualifications
- Plan, create, and manage daily social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Design visually compelling graphics aligned with brand identity
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality Reels and short-form videos
- Stay up to date with trends, sounds, and viral formats, and adapt them creatively to the brand
- Develop content calendars and campaign ideas
- Maintain a consistent and engaging brand tone and visual style
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture on-ground content and activations
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in maintaining and growing brand visibility and presence
- Familiarity with trends and tools in the social media marketing landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in the hospitality or lifestyle industry is a plus
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Experience creating and editing Reels / TikTok content
- Strong understanding of Gen Z trends, aesthetics, and digital behavior
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
- Photography and videography skills are a strong plus
