We are searching for a full-time Account Director for our creative agency client. In this position, you’ll lead strategic client relationships, guide integrated marketing programs, and help drive new business opportunities across a portfolio of nationally recognized consumer brands. This is a highly collaborative leadership role for someone who understands how to balance client partnership, creative thinking, operational excellence, and business growth in a fast-paced agency environment. As Account Director, you will:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level client stakeholders
  • Lead integrated marketing and brand programs across multiple client accounts
  • Translate client goals and feedback into actionable briefs, scopes, timelines, and project plans
  • Partner closely with creative, strategy, production, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Identify opportunities to expand account engagement and drive organic business growth
  • Lead pitch efforts, including opportunity development, presentation development, and client presentations
  • Guide conversations around strategy, value, and long-term partnership opportunities
  • Manage account financials, including forecasting, budgets, profitability, and revenue tracking
  • Oversee multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while ensuring operational accuracy and delivery excellence
  • Mentor and support junior account team members while helping build a collaborative team culture
  • Stay informed on industry trends, marketing innovation, and emerging technologies to help shape agency capabilities and client solutions

Who we’re searching for / About you:

  • 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or integrated marketing leadership
  • Experience managing large-scale consumer brand accounts in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including brand, content, digital, social, and performance marketing
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, scoping, budgeting, and profitability management
  • Experience leading pitches, presenting ideas, and helping drive new business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams
  • Leadership experience managing or mentoring team members is highly preferred
  • Experience working with lifestyle, retail, sportswear, food/beverage, or culturally driven consumer brands is a plus
