Qualifications
- Strong interest in the fragrance industry (local, designer, middle eastern)
- Active TikTok user who understands the trends, formats, and the algorithm
- Has taste and a clear point of view (not just trend-following)
- Comfortable being on camera as a recurring “face” of the brand
- Able to turn fragrance topics into engaging and relatable content
- Up to date with pop culture and lifestyle trends
Requirements
- At least a diploma graduate is required or final year with no classes to attend.
- Create daily TikTok videos (from ideation to execution)
- Develop content across multiple angles: educational, opinion-based, story telling, trend content.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut / TikTok editor is fine)
- Explorative mindset, aware of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Able to work WFO from West Jakarta
- (Plus) Proven track record of high-performing or viral content
- (Plus) Fluent in English
