Role Description
This is a virtual, objective-based role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Webrew. The role is not tied to a specific location, fixed working hours, or traditional on-site structure. Instead, it is focused on achieving clear marketing milestones, building measurable growth, and helping turn Webrew’s digital presence into real business results.
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing Webrew’s presence across social media platforms. This includes creating engaging content, developing and executing social media strategies, planning and posting campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving audience growth.
The role will also focus on converting reach and engagement into meaningful outcomes, including brand awareness, customer inquiries, leads, community growth, and sales across both B2B and direct-to-consumer channels.
As an early-stage startup with strong expansion plans, Webrew is looking for someone who wants to join at the ground level as part of the core team, working closely with the founders on marketing strategy, brand positioning, growth ideas, campaigns, and go-to-market execution. This is an equity-based founding role, designed for someone who is excited by early-stage ownership, wants to contribute meaningfully as the company scales. The role will evolve as Webrew grows, culminating in a highly compensated leadership role as the company secures funding, reaches commercial traction, and expands its operations.
Qualifications
Self-driven and comfortable working independently toward clear milestones.
Experienced in social media/content creation, with proven record of building and growing an audience.
Creative and performance-minded, able to make content that gets reach, engagement, and sales.
Excited to join an early-stage startup and work closely with the founders on growth and strategy.
