Junior Editor
We're working with a creative agency seeking a Junior Editor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a sharp eye for editing, and wants to work across fast-paced, social-first campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Editing high-quality social content for a variety of clients and agency channels
- Creating engaging edits for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube teasers, webinars, and broader social campaigns
- Adapting long-form content into platform-specific short-form assets
- Editing green screen footage, motion graphics, and sound-led content
- Managing projects from concept through to final delivery
- Collaborating closely with creatives, editors, and account managers
- Supporting wider agency projects when needed
- Contributing ideas to improve content performance and creative output
- Working quickly and accurately to tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
Key Requirements:
- Strong editing skills with an impressive portfolio / showreel
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics
- Understanding of social-first editing and platform trends
- Experience with TikTok/Reels native editing tools
- Photoshop skills and understanding of HD workflows / codecs
- Agency, post-production, or editorial experience preferred
