Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the primary engine for our expansion, identifying the top-tier talent needed to scale our fashion, home textiles, and consumer goods brands. You will own the talent funnel with a heavy focus on the initial hunt and passive sourcing. Collaborating with leadership, you will build elite pipelines within the wholesale and manufacturing space, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with passive talent across Fashion, Home Textiles, and CPG.
- Leverage networking and digital tools to engage top-tier Wholesale talent.
- Build talent benches for Design, Product Development, and Wholesale roles.
- Screen for technical fit, aesthetic sensibility, and organizational alignment.
- Lead top-of-funnel processes, ensure data accuracy and great candidate experience.
- Direct college outreach for emerging talent from top design and fashion programs.
- Research competitor landscapes to identify key talent in home and lifestyle industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills to build rapport and drive candidate engagement.
- Expert research and screening abilities to identify specialized creative talent.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous agency experience is preferred.
- Experience recruiting in Wholesale, Fashion, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
Job Details: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)
