We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Faisal Town, Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in paid media, content execution, and end-to-end social media management, with a clear focus on delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok
- Take full ownership of campaign performance and be accountable for achieving KPIs and ROI targets
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing
- Ensure consistent daily posting across all relevant platforms
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement data-driven improvements
- Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, visuals, and video content
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Proven track record of delivering strong campaign results
- Experience working on an international marketing campaign
- Basic skills in video editing and graphic design
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
