What type of people are we looking for?
- A strategist with strong experience in organic social media (not just execution, but strategic thinking)
- Someone who has worked with well-known or high-quality brands
- A deep understanding of what performs well on social media (what gets clicks, drives engagement, and has viral potential)
- Strong familiarity with Instagram & TikTok environments
- Up-to-date with trends, formats, and platform dynamics
- Able to turn insights into clear content strategies
- A proactive, independent thinker who brings ideas and direction
- A profile that leans more toward strategy than execution
- Availability of approx. 30 hours per month
What skills and experience are crucial for us?
- Organic Social Media Strategy
- Experience in creating and leading organic social media strategies
- Ability to identify trends and high-performing content formats
- Strong understanding of virality and engagement mechanics
Creative Briefing & Feedback
- Experience in briefing creative teams (copywriters, designers)
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
- Ensuring consistency between content and overall strategy
Client Collaboration
- Willingness to join client meetings when needed
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and target audience
Research & Content Translation
- Strong research skills (especially within the supplements / health space)
- Ability to translate complex or technical topics into engaging, easy-to-digest content
- Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English.
