Content & Conversion Strategist ( New Cairo ) Jobs in New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt at Levai & Loris
We’re looking for a content-driven, performance-focused thinker — someone who can craft ideas, angles, and scripts that don’t just look good, but drive real business results.
This is not a traditional copywriting role.
You will be responsible for shaping content that converts across multiple platforms and owning key growth channels like influencer marketing — starting from the product idea all the way to final execution.
Core Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
1. Ad & Conversion Copy
- Write high-converting copy for ads and social media creatives
- Develop strong product angles based on key selling points
- Turn product features into emotionally compelling hooks
2. Scriptwriting (Short & Long Form)
- Write engaging scripts for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
- Focus on strong hooks, retention, and storytelling flow
- Balance entertainment with conversion
3. Angles & Creative Thinking
- Think in marketing angles (problem / desire / identity / curiosity)
- Constantly test new hooks, formats, and messaging styles
- Translate insights into content that performs
Content Production Ownership (End-to-End)
- Start from the moment a product idea is defined and build the full content direction around it
- Create moodboards for photo and video shoots (visual direction, styling, references)
- Define how the product should be presented visually across platforms
- Lead and manage execution with photographers, videographers, designers, and editors
- Ensure the final output matches the intended concept, quality, and performance goals
Influencer Strategy & Management
- Own the influencer marketing channel as a key driver for growth and sales
- Identify and propose relevant influencers aligned with the brand
- Manage the full process (research, outreach, negotiation, execution)
- Handle communication with creators and ensure smooth collaboration
- Develop clear briefs and talking points
- Evaluate performance based on sales, engagement, and reach
- Optimize influencer selection and messaging based on results
Content Ideation & Strategy
- Generate content ideas aligned with sales, reach, or engagement
- Build concepts tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
AI-Assisted Content Creation
- Use AI tools to generate ideas, hooks, and concepts
- Refine outputs into high-performing content
Requirements
- Strong understanding of direct response and conversion-driven content
- Ability to think in angles, not just write
- Deep understanding of Gen Z behavior and content consumption
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content dynamics
- Experience working with creators or influencer campaigns
- Ability to manage full content production cycles with strong ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands
- Experience working on shoots or directing creative production
- Experience writing for paid ads (Meta / TikTok)
- Basic understanding of thumbnails and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation
